Monitor Employees Dashboard columns

The Monitor Employees Dashboard enables you to view employee status in real time. As in the search and folder results sets, you can modify how the columns are displayed and sorted.

Status

The employee current status:

logged off indicates that the employee is logged off the phone (relevant for free seated employee only). An employee with this status cannot be monitored.

logged in indicates the following:

  • Fixed seated employee: Employee is not on a call.

  • Free seated employee: Employee is logged on to the phone but is not currently on a call.

in call indicates that employee is on a call (relevant for both free and fixed seated employees).

unknown indicates that the employee status is unknown. An employee with this status cannot be monitored. This status is displayed when:

  • The CTI or recording server is down or disconnected.

  • The employee is incorrectly configured in the system.

  • The state of the employee is not seen yet. That is, the system has not yet seen any activity for that employee.

Employee

The employee name.

Clicking employee displays the Employee Quickview.

Duration

The length of the employee current interaction.

If the duration exceeds a predefined value, the duration is displayed in red. This setting is defined in Interactions Preferences; the default is 5 minutes.

User name

The employee sign in name.

Switch: PBX ID

The employee PBX ID.

Definition date

The date the employee was defined in the system.

Email

The employee email. Clicking the email sends an email message to the employee.

Evaluations

The total number of evaluations performed on this employee in the last 30 days, including Customer Feedback evaluations, if applicable.

This value includes evaluations for the selected group/organization only, that is, evaluations performed by you and by other evaluators assigned to the selected group/organization. If the employee is a member in multiple groups, evaluations performed by evaluators of other groups are not considered when calculating this value.

Average score

The average score for all evaluations performed on this employee in the last 30 days, including Customer Feedback evaluations, if applicable.

This value includes evaluations for the selected group/organization only (same as for the Evaluations column).
