Send feedback
The evaluated employee or evaluator can activate a private feedback session.
Feedback sessions allow both people to discuss performance based on the employee evaluation. In this case, the employee evaluation must be flagged with the Forward to employee flag. Once the evaluator initiates a feedback session, the employee can view and respond to the feedback and conversely.
Feedback can be sent either while assigning the Forward to employee flag or any time after the flag has been assigned. This procedure describes sending and viewing feedback after the flag has already been assigned.
Before you begin

Verify that in the User Management application you have the privilege to provide feedback.

Verify that the evaluation for which you want to send feedback is assigned the Forward to employee flag.

Evaluators: Verify that the Forwarded to employee folder is assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager.

Evaluated employees: Verify that the My Evaluations folder is assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager.
Procedure

Do one of the following:

Evaluators: From the Forwarded to Employee folder, locate the evaluation for which you want to view and send feedback.

Evaluated Employees: From the My Evaluations folder, locate the evaluation for which you want to view and send feedback.
is displayed in the Feedback column when no feedback session is activated. It is also displayed if a session is activated but no new feedback comments were sent to you.
is displayed in the Feedback column when feedback was sent to you that you have not read.

Click the envelope.
Alternatively, access the evaluation and from the fill-out area click
.If a feedback session has already been initiated, new comments (if exist) are displayed in bold.

To activate a feedback session or reply to a comment sent to you, enter your comment (up to 1024 alphanumeric characters) and click Send.
If you only view the comments without replying, when done click Close.
If you sent feedback, the feedback is forwarded to the employee’s My Evaluations folder or evaluator’s Forwarded to Employee folder. The employee or evaluator can then respond to the comment.
