Assign an evaluation flag

Evaluation flags allow you to arrange evaluations into specific folders, which are accessible to the relevant users for follow-up and management purposes. Evaluation flags can be assigned to submitted evaluations only.

Before you begin 

Verify that flags you want to assign are assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager. You can assign such flags even if their corresponding folders are not assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager.

Procedure 

  1. From the evaluations search results, select the interaction related to the evaluation you want to flag and from the EvaluationFlags column, click flag.

    Alternatively, double-click the interaction to access it, and from the fill-out area click flag.

  2. Select the flags (predefined or customized) that you want to assign to the evaluation and click OK.

    The Forward to employee flag is available for supervisors only. If you select this flag, then to start a feedback session, add your feedback comment in the Feedback window.

    The following occurs:

    • The interaction and evaluation are pushed to the corresponding flagged evaluation folder.

    • If the Forward to employee flag was selected, the evaluation and interaction are pushed to your Forward to employee folder. They are also pushed to the employee My Evaluations/My Interactions folders (if assigned).

    • If defined in the Tracking module, an alert is triggered.
