Work with the results set

When performing a search or accessing a folder, the system displays in the results set detailed information regarding the retrieved interactions, evaluations, or assessments. In addition, you can perform different actions on the returned items.

The columns displayed and the actions that can be performed depend on the search you performed or folder you accessed. It also depends on your privileges defined in the User Management application.

Maximum number of items in results set

By default, the system retrieves up to 2000 items (configurable) in the results set. However, this limit can change according to your personal settings:

  • If you specify a limit in your user preferences, that limit overrides the system default and applies to all your searches.

  • If you specify a limit in the Display Options tab of an Advanced Search, that limit overrides both the system default and your user preferences (if configured) and applies only to the current search.
