Score calculation

Once submitted, the scores of the forms are calculated for its questions, sections, categories, and the entire form.

The scores of the forms can then be set up as KPIs in the scorecard application and used for developing training and coaching plans for employees. Different reports can be generated to view and analyze the scores of the employees.

Scores are assigned to questions, depending on their type, which affects the score value of categories, sections and the final score of the form. To perform scoring calculations, at least one question must be answered with a non-Null value. If a question is not answered and no default value is defined, the question is assigned a Null value. The question is not included in the score calculations for the form.

The scores are calculated based on these question scores and the scoring (calculation) methods that are assigned to questions under Form Designer. Minimum and baseline scores and score rules, defined under Form Designer, can affect these scores.
