Upload and distribute language model on Application Server

To use the language model in a multi-tenant environment, upload the language model to the Application server instead of to the Transcription server. Then distribute the model from the same Application server.

Before you begin

Download the language model from the FTP site to the local machine
Download and install the executable for the LMD tool on all Application servers

Procedure

Configure the Speech Transcription Service on the primary Application server:
1. Sign in to WFO.
2. Go to System Management. Under Enterprise, select Settings.
3. Expand the Installations tree and browse to the Application server cluster.
4. Select the primary Application server with the Speech Analytics server roles, and select Server Roles.
5. From the list of roles, select Speech Transcription Service.
6. Wait for the server role distribution to complete.
Upload to and distribute the language model from one of the Application servers:
1. Copy the ZIP file of the language model you downloaded to %IMPACT360DATADIR%\SharedFolders\PhoneticBoosting\ReadyModels on the Application server.
2. Go to %Impact360SoftwareDir%\Utils\PhoneticBoosting.
3. Right-click LanguageModelDistributor.exe and select Run as administrator.
4. From the list of Transcription servers, select the Application server where you saved the language model.
5. In the Available Version list, select the shared language model that you want to distribute.
6. Click Distribute, and then click Yes to confirm distribution.
