Set up Speech Analytics

If the tenant has Speech Analytics, there are specific instructions you need to adhere to when setting up your SaaS environment.

Procedure

Configure one or more Speech Application Servers for every tenant who needs dedicated Speech Application Servers:
1. Go to System Management. Under Enterprise, select Settings.
2. From the tree on the left, under the Data Center Site Group, create a Site Group for the tenant and assign it to Shared.
3. Select the new Site Group.
4. Create a Site and assign to the required tenant.
5. Add the Speech Application Servers associated with that tenant to the Site.
6. Repeat step c through step e to create Sites for other tenants, and add Speech Application Servers for each tenant.
  
  Project names must adhere to SaaS naming conventions.
Enable Speech Analytics server roles.
For V15.2 HFR1 and HFR2 only:
1. Disable the server role, Interactions Analytics Services.
2. Do not import an ontology into the system. Semantic Intelligence is not supported in V15.2 HFR1 and HFR2.
Verify transcription server resources for the new tenant.

A Speech Transcription Server can be shared between tenants, provided they use the same language model. If possible, it is recommended not to share transcription servers between tenants.
Obtain the language model for the new tenant.
Upload and distribute the language model on the Application Server.
Configure the language model in server roles.
Using the Assignment Manager application, assign the Speech project to the new tenant organization and the Service Provider organization. Verify all required user roles for the new tenant organization and the Service Provider organization have access to the Speech project created for the organization.
To transcribe interactions for Speech Analytics, ensure that the tenant creates the relevant rules in their Project Rules Manager.

To enable the Service Provider to create Speech Analytics rules on behalf of a tenant in the tenant's Project Rules Manager, the tenant must create a user for the Service Provider in their organization and assign the relevant Speech projects to the user in the Assignment Manager.
