Obtain language model

Get the correct language model for the multi-tenant environment by sending an email to Customer Analytics Enablement. When notified, download the language model from the FTP site to a location on one of the Application Servers.

The email must include the following information:

Tenant name
Tenant's line of business
Analytics model type: Speech Analytics
Language and vocabulary
If model has been customized previously - PB/LAC?
