Recorder Analytics Rules configuration

Set up Recorder Analytics Rules as part of the configuration of Identity Authentication and Fraud Detection (IAFD), Real-time Speech Analytics (RTSA), and Real-time Agent Assist (RTAA). After you assign a Recorder Analytics Rule to a particular tenant, the rule is available only to that tenant.

When a Recorder Analytics Rule is created that supports Real-time Speech Analytics, it is assigned to a tenant. Only those Real-Time Categories that were previously created and that are assigned to the same tenant are presented during the configuration of the Recorder Analytics Rule.

Tenant tasks for Recorder Analytics Rules

  • The Speech Analytics server must be under the tenant site or site group.

Speech application role configuration must have the correct project, language, and vocabulary selected. The language that you select in the engine settings must match the one that is in the speech applications role. The language and vocabulary in the engine settings must match the speech application framework's configuration of the language and vocabulary for the tenant.

  • Tenants create watch lists and assign the members to the watch lists. The watch list is then automatically associated to the tenant who created it at the time the watch list is created. An administrator does not explicitly assign the watch list to a tenant.

  • Tenants create Real-time Speech Analytics Categories. A Real-Time Category is associated to the same tenant as the Project that is specified when you create the Real-Time Category. For more information, see the related topics.
