Scorecards SaaS considerations
Some Scorecards (Performance Management) features have specific considerations in a SaaS environment.
Considerations are indicated for each feature, and recommendations on how to approach the feature implementation in the SaaS solution.

Source systems |
The tenant cannot create or modify source systems. |
The Service Provider creates and edits source systems for tenants. After adding a source system to the workflow, the Service Provider assigns or unassigns one or more data sources to the source system. NOTE: If data sources are attached to a source system without an organization owner, the source system is visible to all tenants. |
Source measures |
The tenant can add, view, or modify mapped source measures defined for the organization over which they have visibility and scope. The tenant can create a source measure, map it to an activity or evaluation, and assign it to a source system. |
The Service Provider creates, edits, and deletes all host and tenant-created source measures, as required. The Service Provider can also create source measures that are mapped to custom source systems for a specific tenant. |
System Management |
The tenant cannot modify the following General Settings:

For Source Measures - Convert Null Values to Zeros: A tenant can update the KPI formula to force or not force source measures that are Null to Zero. |
Performance Management custom source measures |
This feature is custom-scoped for each situation. |

Scorecards Calendar Settings |
Scorecards First Day of the Week or Starting Date of the Fiscal Year settings is system-wide in EM. Therefore, these settings cannot be set for each tenant. Rather, these settings apply to all tenants in a SaaS environment. |
If a tenant requires different settings than the default start day of the week and fiscal year settings, a separate instance with those settings should be defined. |

Each tenant is limited to ten intraday KPIs. The intraday periodicity of these KPIs should be set to 2 hours. |
