SaaS environment product considerations

There are specific product considerations when working in a SaaS environment.

To secure tenant data and access, certain features are restricted from the tenant and provided by the Service Provider only. Other features have different or limited capabilities, due to the unique system considerations of the WFO SaaS solution.

These considerations are indicated for each feature, and recommendations on how to approach the feature implementation in the SaaS solution.
