Interactions SaaS considerations

Some Interactions features have specific considerations in a SaaS environment.

Considerations are indicated for each feature, and recommendations on how to approach the feature implementation in the SaaS solution.

Real-time monitoring	The Monitor Employees feature is multi-tenant enabled, while the Monitor Extension feature is not multi-tenant enabled.	N/A
Custom Data fields	Each tenant is responsible for configuring their own Custom Data fields, including creating custom attributes, and mapping the custom attributes to the relevant Custom Data fields. To populate Custom Data fields with the required data, the Service Provider needs to map the data from the recording environment to the custom attributes that the tenant created.	After configuring Custom Data fields, the Tenant Administrator must contact the Service Provider to complete the configuration.
Custom captions per tenant	Tenants can use the Caption Editor to customize captions displayed in Interactions and Risk Management. In all other applications, the default captions are still displayed.	N/A
Evaluation forms or form components marked for automatic KPI creation	If an evaluation form or a form component is marked for automatic KPI creation, the generated source measure and KPI names are not unique per tenant.	The form name or the component name marked for automatic KPI creation must be named according to the SaaS naming conventions.
