Add new products to the existing license file
If a tenant wants to add new products to an existing License Reference Number (LRN) license, load the existing LRN license into the license generator, and add the new products to the existing LRN license. Then generate a new LRN license file and download the file.
Before you begin

You must know the License Reference Number of the current LRN license file for the tenant. The License Reference Number is the file name of the LRN license file.
You can also view the LRN of the current license file in System Management:

Under Licensing Management, select System Licensing.

In the Tenants drop-down, select the tenant for which you are adding new products.

To access the license generator, use an Internet Explorer browser in compatibility mode.
Procedure

Access the license generator at this URL:
http://tlvpwfolic:8080/UnifiedLicenser/control/licensing

Enter your user name and password and click Login.

In the License for: field in the upper-right corner of the screen, select v15.2.

In the License Reference Number field, enter the existing License Reference Number for the customer's LRN license.

Click Load.

In the Application/Feature section of the screen, do the following:

Select the check mark for each product that the customer ordered.

If there is a # of Named Employees or a # Channels field associated with a selected product, enter "1" in that field, regardless of the number of seats or channels the customer ordered.

Click Generate to generate the LRN license.

Copy the License Reference Number (LRN) that appears in the message at the top of the Licensing screen, and paste it into the License Reference Number field.

Click Download.

When prompted with "Do you want to save <licensefilename>?", click Save to download the file to your local machine.
