Upload the tenant license

After creating and downloading a new LRN license file from the license generator, upload the new LRN license file to the system. The file is automatically activated when it is uploaded.

Before you begin

You must have the new LRN license file for the tenant available for upload.

Procedure

Go to System Management. Under Licensing Management, select System Licensing.
From the Tenants drop-down list, select the tenant for which you want to upload a license file.
Click Upload License.
From the Upload License File page, click Choose File.
Browse to and select the LRN license file that was generated for the tenant.
Click Upload. The LRN license file is automatically activated during the upload process. A server restart is not required to activate the license.

Once the upload and activation process completes, the License Data page displays the list of all the product features associated with the tenant license. To expand product features, select the arrow next to a feature name. You cannot edit the list of product features associated with the tenant license.

The License Data page for a tenant license does not include a Customer System ID field. The Customer System ID field is not relevant for a tenant license.
