My Performance: Edit Assessment
Use the Assessments 
control in KPI View on the Performance page to edit an existing assessment.
Procedure

Click the Assessments
control. The Assessments pop-up window appears. -
Select the assessment you want to edit and click Edit Assessment.

Type or select the applicable modifications.

Click Save.
-
Click Close.
