Configure the WebSocket URL
Configure the Verint recording solution to point to the URL of the load balancer, which is the Frontend IP address of your Azure Application Gateway.
Only required for real-time audio capture.
Before you begin
- In the Twilio portal, on the Frontend IP configuration page, get the public URL of the load balancer. Twilio needs this URL to connect to the Verint Twilio Media Adapter.
Procedure
-
In Enterprise Manager, go to Recording Management, under Data Source, click Capture Endpoints.
-
Select the data source created for Twilio.
-
Under Advanced Settings:
-
In Key, enter WEBSOCKET_TARGET_URL.
This field is case sensitive; use all capitals as shown above. -
In Value, enter wss://<FQDN_LB_Frontend>/twilio/v1,
where FQDN_LB_Frontend is the full-qualified domain name of the load balancer.
-
What to do next
Validate the integration by making a call to a configured agent using Twilio Flex, and then Search and replay Twilio interactions
