Create a Conversocial data source

A data source provides the connection information for the external system. Interaction Capture and the Conversocial Polling adapter use the data source to access the Snowflake database that stores conversations from Verint Messaging.

The Service Provider sets up the data source.

Typically, a data source has an associated member group, which identifies specific recording targets. This integration only requires that you add the agents as employees.

Multi-tenant environments

Each tenant has their own data source.
