Average Handle Time report

The Average Handle Time report shows how IAFD can reduce the time an employee spends handling interactions. Voice biometrics verification assists the employee with authentication of the customer identity, thus eliminating costly handling time.

Line graphs show average interaction handling time for enrolled customers, unenrolled customers, and all customers across a date range for the requested period.

  • Handle time, in seconds, is the vertical axis and cannot be changed.

  • The period you select for grouping is the horizontal axis.

Date Range

Set the date range of the report to determine the data included.

Enter the date range manually (in the format mm/dd/yyyy) or click to select a date range using the date picker.

Group By

Choose the interval by which report data aggregates.

Aggregate by days, weeks, months, quarters, or years. The default is by month.

Default report access rights

By default, this report can be run by the following roles: Administrator, Analyst, Enterprise Manager Admin.
