IAFD reports overview
IAFD provides predefined reports that enable you to analyze data for average handle time, enrollments, and verifications.
Interactive reports
When running IAFD reports, click Run Now to display a static report, or click Run Interactively to display an interactive report. Interactive reports let you change the view from within the report without having to generate a new report.
