Set up the Recorders
For the Recorder to request data from external sources and to store the content it receives, assign the required service roles.
The Service Provider is responsible for this task.
The Recorder Integration Service and IP Recorder can be collocated on the same server or distributed across multiple servers. We show you how to set up the Verint recording solution using two Recorder nodes (primary and secondary) to host all the required server roles for CTI capture from Zoom Contact Center. When you need greater scalability, you can distribute the roles across multiple servers.
Before you begin
Install Recorders (primary and secondary), as described in the WFO Installation Guide.
