Available interaction types

The Verint Recorder can capture interactions from Zoom Meetings. You can view the interactions in the Risk Management and Interactions modules.

In the following image, the Interactions module displays the following search results for a single participant.

The Interaction Type column indicates that a call was captured.
The Media Type column indicates that the interaction contains both audio and video (1); and text chat (2).

Text interactions are ingested separately from other media types. So, there are two search results per participant; one that contains the (1) audio and video, and another than contains the (2) text chat.
