Requirements

Refer to the following requirements when planning and preparing for the recording solution for the Zoom Meetings platform.

Verint Recorder site preparation

Downloaded audio is in G.711 Mono format. The Verint Recorder system must be sized appropriately.

The prerequisites for this integration are the same as for a standard Verint Workforce Optimization (WFO) Recorder solution. In addition, you need the following information:

For each Verint adapter, get the client ID, client secret, and refresh token of the Zoom OAuth app.
A list of participants that you want to capture
- First and last name
- The email address used to sign in to the the tenant's Zoom Meetings account.

The data source can be configured to connect to the customer's proxy host.

Audio capture

Zoom Meetings must be configured to record and archive meetings, audio, video, screen shares, and text chat.

Verint must be a registered and authorized OAuth app.
