Workflow: Integrate Zoom Meetings with Recorder
Follow this workflow to connect Zoom Meetings and the Recorder to capture the meeting audio, video, screen share, and text chat from completed meetings.
Before you begin
Configure your network to allow outbound HTTPS connections over port 443 to the Zoom API URLs.
Workflow
-
Configure Zoom Meetings to record all media
Before Verint can retrieve the audio, video, and chat from future meetings, Zoom Meetings application must automatically record and archive the meeting media on your Zoom cloud.
-
For the Recorder to request data from external sources and to store the content it receives, assign the required service roles.
-
Configure the Zoom Meetings Center to authorize communications from the Verint Recorder.
-
Create Server-to-Server OAuth app for Zoom Meetings
The Application data source for Zoom Meetings contains the parameters necessary to connect to the Zoom Meetings platform.
-
Add employees to the data source
In Verint User Management, create an employee for each person (agent) that you want to capture. Then, associate the employee to the capture profile.
-
You may have employees or organizations for whom you want to capture certain interactions types. To reduce effort and simplify administration, you can use a capture profile to define what is captured for specific organizations and employees.
-
Create the Zoom Archive Polling Adapter
The Zoom Archive Polling Adapter connects the Interaction Capture Service to Zoom Meetings, and receives events, meeting video, screen shares and chat from Zoom Meetings.
-
Search and replay interactions
After customer interactions are captured and ingested by the Recorder, you can use the Verint applications, Risk Management and Interactions, to search for specific interactions, and review or analyze the captured content.
