View Contribution details

Once you have a Collection in view, the Contribution Timeline shows the contributors for a Collection. You can view the attributes for the Contribution and the applications which were in use by an employee while their Contribution was in an open state. The Timeline displays Contributions in 12 hour segments.

Procedure 

1. From the Collections Results table, click the Collection you want to view.

   The specific contributors to the Collection appear in the Contribution Timeline widget.

2. From the Timeline table, find the employee you want to examine.

   If the employee's Contribution is active for longer than 12 hours, to view a specific time segment that is not in view, move the scroll bar on the Timeline to the required time segment.

   To view the details for the time segment, click it.

   The attributes associated with the Contribution display. In addition, an Application Usage timeline displays, showing what applications were in use while the Contribution was in an open state.
