Real-Time Agent Assist add-ons

If the Real-Time Linguistic (remote) engine is used to transcribe interactions in real time, the following add-ons are available for managing after-call work:

Interaction Wrap-up Bot: After a voice interaction ends, generate an AI-generated summary based on the interaction's real-time transcription.
Agent Transfer Bot: When a voice interaction is transferred, an AI-generated summary of the interaction is delivered to the receiving agent.
Transcription Fetch: Using an API call, fetch real-time transcriptions after a voice interaction ends.
Interaction Summary Fetch: Using an API call, fetch interaction summaries after a voice interaction ends.
