Requirements for integration with Amazon Connect

There are specific requirements to meet to set up the integration between Amazon Connect and Automated Verification.

As part of your recorder configuration, the following Amazon components configured and active:
- A valid Amazon Web Services (AWS) account and access to the AWS Management Console.
- A Contact Trace Records-type Kinesis data stream.
- Depending on your choice of authentication method, an Identity and Access Management (IAM) role, or an access key for your IAM user.
