Enable Amazon Connect data sources in Automated Verification

To enable Amazon Connect data sources in Automated Verification, the Amazon Connect Collectors for Automated Verification license item must be enabled.

Procedure 

1. In a browser, go to http://<wfo_app_server_address>/wfo/control/license_edit.

2. On the License Data page, under Features, enable 2022R1 - Amazon Connect Collectors for Automated Verification.

3. Click Save.
