Configure data sources for use with Capture Verification
Capture Verification uses data sources configured in the Workforce Engagement (WFE) application to synchronize Call Detail Record (CDR) and recording segment information, and carry out the matching process.
A data source describes the switch that the recorder product records calls on. Capture Verification connects to the same switch by selecting the data source, describing it, and configuring connection to their CDR storage location. The configuration and management of data sources is important for the correct operations of Capture Verification.
