Enable IPC Unigy data sources in Workforce Engagement

To enable IPC Unigy data sources in Workforce Engagement (WFE), the Verint Trading Recording license item must be enabled.

Procedure 

1. Go to System Management, and under License Management, select System Licensing.

2. On the License Data page, search for Trading.

3. Enable the Verint Trading Recording license item.

4. Click Save.
