CDR system parameter settings for Capture Verification

Capture Verification requires specific settings for CDR system parameters that define the content of Avaya Aura Communication Manager (CM) Call Detail Records (CDRs).

CDR Date Format

Defines the date stamp format for:

  • Each new day of CDRs

  • Customized Primary/Secondary Output Format setting

Primary Output Format

customized

Format of CDRs sent to the primary output device. Capture Verification requires customized CDRs with itemized data items. The itemized data items are on page 2 of the CDR system parameter settings.

Primary Output Endpoint

DISK

Determines where the server running Avaya Aura CM sends the CDRs.

Secondary Output Format

customized

Format of CDRs sent to a secondary output device if in use. Capture Verification requires customized CDRs with itemized data items.

Secondary Output Endpoint

DISK

Available only if Secondary Output Format is administered. Determines where the server running Avaya Aura CM sends the CDRs.

Use Enhanced Formats

Disables the use of the enhanced version of the specified primary output formats.

Intra-switch CDR

y

With Intra-switch CDR set to y, Avaya Aura CM generates CDRs for calls recorded between users on the local server.

Outg Trk Call Splitting

y

With Outg Trk Call Splitting set to y, Avaya Aura CM generates a separate CDR for any portion of an outgoing call that is transferred or conferenced.

Inc Trk Call Splitting

y

With Inc Trk Call Splitting set to y, Avaya Aura CM generates a separate CDR for any portion of an incoming call that is transferred or conferenced.

Record UCID

y

With Record UCID set to y, Avaya Aura CM includes the UCID in the generated CDR data.

Only applicable for Avaya Aura CM versions 10.1.2.2 and later.
