Configure Genesys application scopes for Genesys Cloud CX

Capture Verification requires specific scopes configured for an authorized Genesys OAuth application client to collect Call Detail Records (CDRs) for Genesys Cloud CX.

Before you begin 

  • Create an authorized Genesys OAuth application client.

Procedure 

  1. Sign in to Genesys Cloud CX with a user account that has administrator rights.

  2. Assign the following scopes to the OAuth client roles to access the Genesys Cloud Platform API:

    • analytics:conversationDetail:view

    • analytics:agentConversationDetail:view

    • analytics:readonly

    • users:readonly

  3. Click Save.
