Requirements for integration with Genesys Cloud CX

There are specific requirements to meet to set up the integration between Genesys Cloud CX and Automated Verification.

Integration with Genesys Cloud CX requires:

  • An integration between a recorder product and Genesys Cloud CX.

  • AudioHook Monitor and any prerequisites licensed, configured and enabled on the Genesys Cloud CX deployment.

  • Call routing must be configured to use call queues that are set up for the Genesys transcription feature.

  • An authorized Genesys OAuth application client, configured with the required scopes.

  • Genesys Cloud CX Collectors enabled in Automated Verification.
