Zoom Phone integration with Capture Verification

For customers with Zoom Phone, Capture Verification verifies calls recorded by a recorder product against Zoom Call Detail Records (CDRs).

Capture Verification uses its Collector to query the Zoom Phone API for CDR data, so that it can verify recordings against the CDRs.

Zoom makes data available for individual apps created on the Zoom Marketplace. A Server-to-Server OAuth type app must be configured with specific scopes to allow the Zoom Phone API to make the data covered by those scopes available. When the app is created, app authentication credentials are automatically generated. The Collector uses those credentials to connect to the Zoom Phone API, and starts the collection of CDRs by sending requests to the API.

For Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings integrations, the Collector can also be configured to connect to the switch data source API through a proxy server.
