Requirements for integration with Zoom Phone

There are specific requirements to meet to set up the integration between Zoom Phone and Automated Verification.

Integration with Zoom Phone requires:

• A Zoom account that you can use to create apps in the Zoom Marketplace.

• A Server-to-Server OAuth type Zoom Marketplace app, activated and configured with the required scopes.

• If using the Verification Confirmation feature:

  • The Enable Pause Automatic Recording Retention feature enabled by your Zoom representative for your Zoom deployment.

  • The Auto delete data after retention duration feature enabled by your Zoom representative for every Zoom site intended to be used for the Verification Confirmation feature.

• The Zoom Phone Collectors for Automated Verification license item enabled in Workforce Engagement.
