Capture Verification Service Level Indicator targets
A Capture Verification Service Level Indicator (SLI) represents a target level of service that can be used as a performance benchmark. Capture Verification uses SLIs to indicate target levels of service and shows the current level of compliance relative to each SLI.
The Overview dashboard shows SLI targets for recording policy, voice quality, and if activated, any licensed recording services.
-
For recording policy, the SLI represents a target level of compliant recordings.
-
For voice quality, the SLI represents a target level of audio quality.
-
If enabled and set in the Capture Verification configuration, the SLIs for archiving, transcription, screen recording, and sensitive data masking mark the target percentage volumes for these services.
The screen recording and transcription recorder services require separate licenses, and their SLI targets are only available on the Configuration screen if the system is licensed for these services.
