Configure Capture Verification SLIs

An Automated Verification Service Level Indicator (SLI) is a compliance target for an organization. Capture Verification requires SLIs to calculate the relative performance of recording policy compliance, voice quality, and recorder services.

A suborganization with default SLI settings inherits SLI changes from its parent organization. Modifying the SLI settings for the suborganization ends the inheritance. Any further SLI changes to the parent organization are no longer applied to the suborganization.

SLI targets are only visible for recorder services for which the system is licensed.

Before you begin

Procedure

Go to Automated Verification. Under Capture Verification, select Configuration.
Select the Service Level Indicators tab.
Under Organizations, select the organization or suborganization.
Select Capture Verification SLI properties.
Select Save.
