Capture Verification Service Level Indicator properties
Service Level Indicator (SLI) configuration properties define the targets and type of results Capture Verification uses to measure compliance for an organization.

Organization to which the SLIs apply. You can select from the Organizations list, or use the search field to search for an organization.

Settings that define the Recording Policy SLI target and the type of Capture Verification results categorizes as Compliant, Partially compliant, or Not compliant.

If set to Excluded, Capture Verification excludes Recorder not configured issues when it calculates the percentage shown on the Overview Recording Policy gauge. Excluded only affects the result on the gauge. Other areas of the Overview dashboard, such as Overall Status, include Recorder not configured in the total number of issues detected. If set to Not compliant, Capture Verification includes Recorder not configured issues when it calculates the percentage shown on the gauge. This setting also affects the issue severity level Capture Verification assigns to Recorder not configured issues. If set to Excluded, issue severity is Minor. Fair quality |
Includes audio recordings of fair quality in either the Compliant or the Not Compliant category. This setting affects the results shown on the Voice Quality gauge and determines the severity level Capture Verification assigns to the issue. Audio quality is determined by the audio statistics module of the recorder. While good quality recordings are automatically Compliant and poor quality recordings are automatically Not compliant, Automated Verification allows you to decide which category fair quality recordings fall under. Settings that activate and define the SLI targets for recorder services. The SLI settings are only visible for licensed services, and the SLI target can only be set if the service is enabled.

This setting also allows Capture Verification to generate issue data for the service. Disabling a service hides the SLI target from the Overview, and removes the related issue data from the Overview, the Issues workspace, and all Capture Verification reports. |
