(Optional) Configure data source Recordings settings

The Recordings tab of the Data Source configuration page provides information and features related to how Capture Verification manages recordings.

On this page, you can configure the Verification Confirmation feature with which Capture Verification can notify Zoom storage of the successful verification of call recordings, and view what recording expectation policy Capture Verification uses when encountering users and extensions not configured in Workforce Engagement (WFE).

Before you begin

Configure a Capture Verification Collector

Procedure

Go to Automated Verification. Under Capture Verification, select Configuration.
Under Data Sources, select the data source from the list.
On the Recordings tab, select the required configuration properties.
Select Save.
