Add or remove a Recording Policy Trend organization time zone

Recording Policy Trend on the Capture Verification Overview dashboard shows Compliant, Partially compliant, and Not compliant recordings for an organization and time frame. The dates and times under Recording Policy Trend are in My time zone, the time zone defined in the system under user Preferences, on the General Preference Settings tab.

Recording Policy Trend can also show a set of dates and times in the time zone of an organization, making it easier to interpret results for the organization. Manage time zone options identify the organization and show or hide the set of organization dates and times.

Before you begin

View the Capture Verification Overview dashboard

Procedure

Under Recording Policy Trend, select theicon.
Select Manage time zones.
Select time zone options.
Select Done.
