Capture Verification configuration overview
The Capture Verification configuration identifies:
-
Switch data sources associated with the selected organization.
Linking a data source to an organization is part of the data source configuration. If the Organization Scoped Data Sources feature is enabled during installation, data source settings in the Recording Management module include the Organization setting. The Organization setting links the data source to an organization.
-
Which of the available switch data sources is included in Capture Verification.
Including a switch data source makes the recording metadata of the data source available for evaluation in Capture Verification and allows you to enable Collectors for that data source.
-
Capture Verification Collectors and switch data source connection settings. Capture Verification uses a software component called a Collector to collect CDRs from a switch data source. Each Collector runs on a server with the Automated Verification Agent server role. The Collector connects to the storage location to which the switch data source outputs CDRs, and copies the CDRs for processing.
-
Advanced settings that identify how the Collector interacts with the data source. For example, how frequently the Collector polls for CDRs.
-
Integration-specific feature configurations, such as the Verification Confirmation settings, with which you can set requirements that recordings must meet before confirming verification success to Zoom storage.
-
Target SLIs for recording policy, voice quality, and licensed recording services for the whole organization or different suborganizations.
