Prepare for new privileges

This step is not required for new installations.

With the Web Form Designer, two new privileges are introduced that allow users to search for evaluations and assessments performed with any form, regardless of assignments in the Assignment Manager.

The new privileges Search Any Evaluation Form and Search Any Assessment Form replace the deprecated Search For Any Form entities in the Assignment Manager that previously needed to be assigned to users to allow them to search for any form.

In preparation for the new privileges, before migrating existing forms and enabling the Web Form Designer feature flag, capture the existing Search For Any Form assignments in the Assignment Manager so that you can use this information to assign the new privileges to the relevant roles in User Management.

You must capture the assignments before the migration. After the migration, the Search for Any Form entity will no longer be available in the Assignment Manager.

Procedure 

  1. In the Assignment Manager, select the Entities tab.

  2. Under Assessment or Evaluations, expand Assessment Forms or Evaluation Forms, and select Search for Any Form.

  3. On the right side of the screen, capture the hierarchy and role assignments.
