Create destination media for EMC Centera migration
Create a fixed media definition that is the destination for the migration. The configuration defines the destination media and connection information for storing archived interactions.
Before you begin
Familiarize yourself with the fields available by media type in Fixed media definition fields.
Procedure

From the Campaigns area of Recording Management, select Archive Media.

Click Create.
The Create: New Media fields are displayed.

Complete the definition as required for the new media.
For example, to migrate to Amazon S3, use the following settings in the definition:
