Create a watch list of targets

A watch list enables you to create collections of targets and metadata used for detection. A single watch list contains either targets or metadata (not both). Use this task for a watch list of targets.

Once created, you cannot remove a watch list from the system. You can only edit the watch list.

Example: Target in a watch list of fraud suspects

Create a list of people who have performed suspicious activities indicative of fraud. When the voice of a person closely matches a voiceprint model of one of the suspects, you can deliver a pop-up message or email alert.

Before you begin

Create a person (of type "Target")
Enhance or create a voiceprint model using a recorded interaction, or Import an audio segment for a voiceprint model

Procedure

Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select Watch List.
Click the new icon .
In the Name field, type a unique name to identify the watch list.
In the Type field, select Targets.

After you save the watch list, you cannot change the watch list type.
Click save .

The system populates the Available list with all targets available.
In the Values lists:
- To assign a target, select the target in the Available list and click .
- To remove a target, select a target in the Assigned list and click .
To create a new value for detection, from the Assigned list click Add Value. Values that you save using this method are added to the Assigned list and the watch list is automatically saved.
1. In the Value field, enter the metadata value that you want to detect.
2. Do one of the following:
  - To create the value and add more values, click Save & Add Another.
  - To create the value and return to the Watch List Details, click Save & Close.
  - To discard your changes and return to the Watch List Details, click Close.
