Delete a person

Delete the configuration for a person when you no longer need to use voice biometric analysis for that person.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers or Targets).

  2. Click the person you want to remove.

  3. Click delete Delete icon.

  4. From the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

    The person, along with the associated voiceprint model, is removed from the system.
