Every person for whom voice biometric detection or verification is applied must first be entered into the system and configured. After you have successfully configured a person, you can engage with voice biometrics activities and tasks for that person.

About employees in Risk Management and User Management

It is important to note that the employees in Risk Management are based on the same entities as defined in User Management (Foundation). For tasks related to enrollment and voiceprint model management, create and access the employee using Risk Management.

Most of the procedures below are the same for configuring an employee, a customer, or a target. The commands and user interface labels will reflect the type of person you are configuring, whether employees, customers, or targets.
