Opt out a customer or employee

You can designate an employee or customer as being exempt from voice biometric verification.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers).

  2. Click the person you want to opt out from voice biometrics.

  3. Select Voiceprint Model.

  4. Click opt-out Opt out icon.

  5. From the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

    The training status for the person changes to Opted Out and the person will be excluded from future voice biometric activity.
