Automated name creation during automatic enrollment

If automatic enrollment results in the creation of an employee or customer, the name of the person is populated automatically to identify people created automatically.

  • The text pers_auto- is added to the name.

  • A system identifier that increments with each automatic enrollment is added as a suffix to the text.

You can change the name of the automatically enrolled person at any time.
