Remove all displayed interactions from a folder

You can remove all displayed interactions from a folder with a single click. Interaction removal affects only the presence of the interactions in that folder. Interactions residing in multiple folders remain in any unchanged folders.

Each folder displays up to 2,000 interactions at a time. If a folder contains more than 2,000 interactions, the folder displays the remaining interactions (up to 2,000) after completing the removal.

If alerts are defined in the Tracking module, removing an item from a folder can result in an email message or pop-up alert for specific users.

Before you begin 

Have interactions assigned to an existing folder.

Procedure 

  1. Access a folder that contains at least one interaction.

  2. Click remove all displayed interactions from folder Remove all displayed interactions icon.

  3. To hide the confirmation dialog box for future bulk removal operations, click the option to "Do not ask me again for this Folder."

  4. To complete the removal, click Yes.

    • All displayed interactions are removed from the folder.

    • If the folder contained more than 2,000 interactions, the remaining interactions (up to 2,000) are displayed.
