Remove an interaction from a folder

You can remove one or more interactions from a folder. Interaction removal affects only its presence in that folder. Interactions residing in multiple folders remain in unchanged folders.

If alerts are defined in the Tracking module, removing an item from a folder can result in an email message or pop-up alert for specific users.

Before you begin

Have interactions assigned to an existing folder.

Procedure

Access a folder that contains at least one interaction.
Select a single item in the list.
Click remove interaction from folder .
To complete the removal, click Yes from the confirmation dialog box.
