Remove a field
Remove a field when you no longer require it in the system.
Before you begin
Create at least one field.
Procedure

Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select Fields.

Select a field in Configure Fields.

Click delete
to remove it from the system.
A confirmation is displayed to verify the removal.

Click Yes.
The field is removed immediately from the field list and from any employees or customers using it for interaction identification.
